Dutch Weather......oy vey!

Oh my god.  Its Christmas Week and Heathrow airport is closed.  Hundreds of thousands of dollars of flowers stuck in Heathrow airport.  People here at the LA Flower Market are scrambling to make up their Dutch orders.   As if the freaking flower business wasn't tricky enough around the holidays, now we have to deal with crazy weather???  And I didn't even mention that is has been raining here in LA for 3 days strait.  So the moral of the story is order early and be careful if there is something special you need!!

Well luckily, we at Milagra  have seen this before, so got our flowers in over the weekend before the crazy weather....(damn I am good sometimes :))

So our Cymbidiums arrived fresh and undamaged  And we bought some incredible tulips from Oregon (see photo), Peonies from New Zealand (see photo) and incredible red roses from Ecuador.

Milagra Roses in Fancy Feast Commercial...go Kitties!!  Check out our Polar Star roses done beautifully by Ilga Ziegler from Magdalena's Flowers www.magdalenasflowers.com.
